It is not necessary to have a legally constituted company. Students, entrepreneurs, academics, companies and organizations from all over the world can apply.

The minimum is 2 members and there is no maximum required.

You can apply from any country in the world. Savia is a global initiative.

The program will be conducted in Spanish and English.

At least one of the team applicants must be fluent in English as there will be lectures and mentoring exclusively held in English.

No, you only need to create one account per team. From this account you will register the proposed solution and complete it with the information of all team members.

You will be able to apply from Tuesday, June 29, 2021 onwards. 

You will have 6 weeks to apply from the official launch of the Savia innovation program. The closing date for applications is Tuesday, August 31, 2021, 9:00AM Eastern Time.

Yes, you can create your account, start the process and complete the application form on different days throughout the call period (6 weeks). Just be sure to save the information before closing each session. 

Information about the applicant team and the solution or proposal will be requested. 

Among other things you will be asked to: (1) indicate which program challenge(s) the proposed solution addresses, (2) describe the problem addressed by the solution, (3) describe the solution itself (functional qualities, materiality, dimensions, logic of use or operation, (4) upload a video pitch of the solution indicating the benefits for the user, the industry and the environment, and (5) upload at least one photo of the prototype or MVP.

No. Your solution can be aimed at solving one or more of the challenges posed.

If your solution is selected to enter the Acceleration Phase you will receive as a team a prize of $5,000. After the two weeks of acceleration, CMPC will be able to select one or more teams to continue working with them in the Post-Acceleration stage where there will be $150,000 to invest in strengthening, scaling and commercializing their solutions.
